Tim has 20 years of experience designing Safety-Critical and Process Control Systems for Industrial Plants and Equipment. During this time, Tim has overseen the design, build and commissioning of Process Control Systems for a wide range of large industrial control equipment for onshore and offshore installations ranging from thermal oxidisers, gasification processes, emergency services training facilities, floating oil platform crude oil and water injection pumping, LNG Vaporisers, various types of industrial burners and FMCG equipment including fillers and packers.
Tim’s extensive knowledge of process control systems, has allowed him develop these systems on a vast range of different PLC platforms. In addition to this, he is experienced in the development of a wide range of product standard hardwired based architectures. Tim has also supported the integration of individual equipment process control systems directly in to site safety DCS/SIS controllers for site wide systems.
Tim has provided support in fault finding and fault rectification on a large number of control systems, developed by others but no longer supported by them, for a range of customers across a broad spectrum of equipment in the Oil and Gas, Chemical and FMCG industries. This has allowed them to continue to operate process critical equipment with minimum downtime.
Hayley has been responsible for the project management and process design of multiple large package plant equipment projects from concept to commissioning. Hayley also prepared the P&ID’s, Cause and Effect Diagrams, Functional Design Specification and Instrument Datasheets. She was a key member of the HAZOP and SIL study team and ensured that the design was progressed in the manner dictated by the outcomes of these safety studies, the company functional safety procedures, the site hazardous area requirements and the site safety requirements. Hayley was also responsible for the development of user friendly HMI and SCADA systems on Siemens and Rockwell platforms for the package plant equipment.

As a Chartered Chemical Engineer, Hayley has experience of Process Optimisation, Process Design, Instrument Specification and Selection and Process Safety. She has experience of various equipment types across the Oil&Gas and Chemical Industries, with a particular emphasis on Combustion Equipment.
