Control Panel Design

TM Controls undertake control system design to suit your needs, while ensuring the ruling standards are maintained and adhered to.

We start by understanding the requirements of your system:

  • Operation / function – control philosophy
  • Installation location – safe area/hazardous area, indoors/outdoors, weather, atmosphere
  • Desired material of construction
  • PLC based solution / hardwired solution
  • Desired manufacturers for hardware / budget constraints

With approval from the customer and continued communication to ensure the design will fulfil their requirements, detailed design can begin. The design is stage checked to ensure standards are maintained and to minimise changes and variations prior to production. This enables us to maintain high standards of quality and compliance.
