Based in North Yorkshire, we provide our services both at home in the UK and internationally. The nature of our work and our flexibility means that we spend time in our office and workshop, in addition to the time we spend on site. If we can help you out remotely for time critical reasons, we will.
Our process expertise is key
Control system integration can often take longer than it should, simply because the controls engineer does not understand the process or system they are programming software for. This means they simply follow the functional design specification or control narrative word for word. This works without issue when the process engineer writes a perfect FDS with thorough step by step processes. However, this is often not the case.
This is where TM Controls excel, because we are able to fill in the gaps in the process engineer's description and rectify this at design stage. This reduces the likelihood of any difficulties arising during testing and commissioning.

Chartered Chemical EngineerHayley is highly skilled in HMI and SCADA design, bringing her knowledge of process engineering to the fore to create user friendly systems. She is the key contact for our customers, manages all projects and even builds some panels.
